um, other than donateing, no, not really. to bring awareness i guess you could write an article for your local news paper and submit it, but i don't really know... you?

I thought of the hunting. They could mark off a very large area where siberian tigers are seen and allow no hunting of any animal allowed in that area.

yes, but then people would just poach anyways. that has probably also already been done, but the tigers move every so often or something.
