She's been under the bed all day and hasn't eaten a thing. Should I leave her or what??
As this is a new environment for her she would be possible frightened, hence she is hiding under the bed. I have found this is normal in newly adopted cats, has been for my many cats over the years! Try leaving her food, water and litter tray in your room during the day and keep the door close, making a nice quite environment for her. She should then hopefully come out and eat, gain confidence in her surroundings.
When we got our cat Archie as a kitten he hid under the lounge for about 3 days. He was easily spooked, still is as an adult. Archie wouldn't come out during the day, he only came out when we were out of the house. He would explore the house then go back under the lounge when we got back. Of a night we shut him in the laundry where his food, water, bed and litter tray was. Mainly to keep him separate from our other cat and in case we got up in the night and spooked him. Think he finally settled in a week later and freely wandered the house without hiding.

It's time to retrain Frisk's litterbox usage, I think. She peed on some dirty clothes this morning so... getting taken to the litterbox every hour over the weekend and lots of praise for using her box. I'll probably switch litter again as well, but I think the problem is leftover habits from when she had a UTI.

Yeah, I sorta.. Yeah. Well, anyway she's vey comfortable in my room now, as long as she's in the closet or under the bed. She's almost always sleeping - but she came from a one-person house and she's having a lot of trouble getting used to it.

My cat is super scared of it as well!! She runs away out of sight or into my arms

Poor cats haha
my cats normaly very timid and i think the fact the vacumcleaner is a big loud thing is why it scares them so much.

Honey curled up next to me on the couch today.
Does that mean she's getting used to me? She lets me pet her on the belly too!
