lots of improvement with bonding for benji and froppy! I have been bringing them inside everyday for a minimum of one hour to spend time supervised in a pen with me. Not to mention they both sleep outside, we built a separate enclosure inside froppys.


They stopped fighting two days ago and have been eating together and grooming each other though this is only in neutral territory.

Decorated and cleaned Romeo, Gem, Echo and Zola’s Pen this morning. All set for Christmas!! I do need one more stocking though, I got Zola since last Christmas and never got another. I did finally bond both sets of 2 together though! Echo got over himself and tolerates Romeo again so that’s makes housing sooo much easier.

they all look adorable! so do their decorations. That's great to hear you got them all bonded! I love the little photo collection thing you have in the back.

Froppy and Benji are officially bonded! As of three months or so. They've been doing well. I do have to buy a new brush for them, but I haven't had any money except for hay and pellets up until last night, so I'll be ordering a brush for them :) They may not like it but since they live outside they kind of need it lol

The rabbits had a traumatizing experience today. Upon waking up at noon, I spotted the neighbor's cat in the enclosure. I started panicking and went outside, my primary concern the rabbits. They were both scared, but Benji was hiding in his carrier behind one of their cages, absolutely petrified. I could tell there was a scuffle of some sort because of the hay and the way it looked, I assume Benji ran away immediately upon seeing the cat, and Froppy chased it. She's about the size of the cat, and probably a bit heavier

I'm just the glad the rabbits are okay, and not hurt. I don't know what the cat was doing, she was just sitting in there and drinking their water. I wouldn't have been to drive to the emergency vet since the car wasn't here this morning. Now we have to cat proof the place, which Idk how we'll do because of the structure. Until then they're locked in the main part of their enclosure, which is still pretty big, and no cats can get it.

That’s amazing that you got your bunnies bonded too!! It’s always so exciting! I definitely recommend a hair buster brush (I think that’s what it’s called) lol. I just decided to get one a bit ago and love it! I’m glad Froppy and Benji are ok, that would definitely be startling for them and you! Good luck with the cat-proofing, definitely don’t want the cat getting any ideas!

Hey guys! I just got 2 foster bunnies a bit ago (we are rehoming them for someone we know because she can no longer keep them). I bonded them with my 4 bunnies pretty quickly, and wanted to share some pictures of their pen and the 2 new girls. Left is Ember and Right is Juliet/Jewel

It's been a while, again. My rabbits have been doing well. I have a new update though! Yesterday morning I went about my usual schedule for the buns and went outside to feed them, and I saw another rabbit in the bushes, hanging out right outside the chicken wire, looking at my rabbits. It didn't look like the wild rabbits here so I was super confused and then lo and behold! It's a mini rex!

I lured him into a bucket since I didn't have a carrier and brought him inside and transferred him to a larger box with hay, water, and pellets. good thing I already have rabbits lol.

I scoured the internet and social media for any lost rabbits, and submitted a found pet thing to the local shelter near me, but haven't heard back. My Dad said someone may have dumped him in our yard for all we know, because a lot of people know we have rabbits and you can see them if you're just walking by the house. But he was definitely there for a few days because my rabbits kept trying to dig to get to where the rex had been living, right next to their enclosure. I must've just never seen him until yesterday.

He's been in a medium sized bin in my room for the past day, and he's been out most the day today exploring my room. My vet said that they can check to see if he's been microchipped but if not, the plan is to keep him. Sadly I can't afford to get him fixed, (it's over $500, from my vet, at least) which means I can't bond him with Froppy and Benji, so I plan on converting my desk into a medium sized hutch for him to stay in mainly at night, and during the day he can go outside in a run, weather permitted. He'll also be able to run around my room once I get it rabbit proofed.

I'm not sure how old he is, but I don't think he's over a year old.

I'm building a temporary cage for him so he can at least get out of the box until his vet visit.

UPDATE: If you saw what I wrote here earlier, no you didn't. Falafel is healthy! He had a vet appointment today.

My foster girls have sort of turned into foster fails lol. I can’t find a good home for them and I am not letting them go to just anyone. I am asking for a picture of the setup prior to them leaving and asking they return them if no longer able to keep them. So I get why I haven’t had any interest haha. So now I have 6 bunnies! 😂

I did just get my rabbit book launched onto Amazon though! It took a lot longer than I planned but I love the turnout SO much. It’s called “Pet Rabbit Guide” and has my lionhead boy Romeo on the cover if anyones interested I’m so excited to finally be able to educate new and experienced rabbits owners!

Hello! I'm Watts, and I own a 3-4 year old Holland Lop
named after a special interest of mine, Maria Antonia
Josepha Johanna (AKA Marie Antoinette)! Of course
since that name is crazily long, I call her "Minnie" or
even "The Queen" for short. And her name suits her.
She's super spoiled, but an absolute sweetheart all the
same. When we brought her home for the first time
she was already climbing all over me and giving me kisses.
I honestly couldn't have hoped for more of an angel to call my own.
