Athena popped on Wednesday! A single buckling, I've named him Hapi!

Unfortunately I lost Artemis about a week before he was born. Found her down and rushed her to the vet but they couldn't do anything... I'm planning on keeping Hapi to honor Arti.

Hapi is so cute! Congratulation! I love his eyes and how he's almost white with only small dark marks (plus I love the mythological names you give to your goats). I'm sorry for your loss of your other one though...

I've always liked goats, and I find them so cute when they are young. When I was a child, I could stay during hours in a petting zoo or a farm to pet them and feed them...
This sunday, I walked around a small farm, and there where two beautiful baby goats still unweated who where sucking on their mother. It was very cute. I wish I had my camera with me...

i have four goats. a mom and a dad, both rescues, then their firstborn child (born on Earth Day 2016) and the most recently born child, who i named taige (he was born march 10th, 2017)

taige is just a rascal, he likes to nibble everything and unroll the toilet paper. he's just adorable. he had a twin at birth, but since it was cold, we lost the other twin

in a few days i will be going to my grandparents farm (12 hour drive) they breed goats there!

I just got two sweet pygmy goats! one is a grey agouti named Chips Ahoy , and the other is a cream named Ollie. They're still wary of us, but Chips is willing to let me pet him. Both are Weathers who are registered for shows, so I'm getting ready for my first show in a couple of months.
