Princess is also super sad that she was not added and Chewie was! Luckily she is easily bribed, she will take a pretty collar by Cardinal please. xD
(Seriously, I am going to eventually get some collars from you! As soon as my goat hits her full size, I want to get a collar for her and Chewie from you! Can't have my favorite bottle baby goat walking around in a non custom collar! Then of course Ive told you why Chew needs one lol)

Thank you!! I shall have to see about making Chewie one! Do you have any cheap places that sell scraps of hide for spring poles/flirt poles?
http://www.chichesterinc.com/products.htm Some are expensive, some aren't. It depends exactly what you're looking at but they have a VAST array of products.
http://www.promiselandranch.net/Fur%20a ... craps.html Is another shop. You can yellow page Taxidermy places and ask if they sell scraps, ebay is another good place for fur trim and scraps.

Cardinal: You can add Sophie and myself (She's a Pom mix)
I was watching 101 Dalmations (Hey now, don't hate, appreciate) and as a child I loved the move, now all I can think while watching it is that they promote BYBs and give a bad image to taxidermy... Sometimes ignorance IS bliss

Yeah... I've noticed that. Being knowledgeable in animals suddenly ruins pretty much every show or movie ever.
"Only ignorance! Only ignorance! How can you talk about only ignorance? Don't you know that it is the worst thing in the world, next to wickedness? - and which does the most mischief, heaven only knows. If people can say 'Oh! I did not know, I did not mean any harm,' they think it is all right."

Aw, Sophie's so pretty!
I dunno, I just can't bring myself to blame 101 Dalmatians for the overpopulation of Dalmatians that happened. Buying pets on impulse is a stupid thing to do (speaking as someone who's done it) but the people who did that were adults. Adults make choices for themselves and I don't think it's fair to blame a children's move for it.
You're right that it kind of does give taxidermy a bad name but again, it's fiction, people shouldn't base their whole opinion of a subject on one fictional movie. Part of growing up is realizing that. So I'm still able to enjoy the movie.

In the pet trade movies do have a large influence. I remember when Rango (?) came out there was a sudden, expected, rise int he popularity of chameleons. Marmaduke (sp?) spiked a purchase of great danes, and the list goes on. 'Nemos' are a pretty commonly asked for fish. Its pretty sad.

Sudden bursts of popularity are never good for any species or breed of animal, while 101 dalmations might not have been the fall of the breed it didn't help matters at all.
