I try my best to be as fair and kind to my horses as i can and i would hate to think that anything i do with them causes them pain or suffering, my horses are like an extended family, everyone of them is an individual with things they like and things they don't.
If i saw anyone mistreating them i would have them removed from the farm with help from the large and very good farm dogs.![]()
Horses (and all animals) have felings and should be treated with the utmost respect, when you get on a horse, you are trusting him to look after you, an animal the size of a horse could easily squash you and seriously injure or even kill you. It is the trust between a horse and rider which keeps you safe.
