His name is Caesar, but I'd like to change it. I'm stuck between
Skoll and Cyprus.
Birthday? BIRTHDAY? What? JAZI! Why you no tell me? -pouts-
Happy Birthday <3

Slipped my mind. I wager that I'm older than a few of you

Thank you both for the birthday wishes <3
THOSE EYES! THOSE EARS! DAT FACE! :Swoon:
What are your plans for him? Whats his personality like? Tell me tell me tell me!
He's gorgeous Jazi, congrats! Seriously, you're lucky to find your dobberdope so quick. Be sure to keep us updated and.. POST MAOR PICTURES!
I KNOW RIGHT- I fell for him as soon as Dakonic IM'd me his picture.
He has a few issues that need to be worked out before I can "do" anything with him. I'm his 4th home, and in at least the most recent one he was being terrorized by his owners. Stuff like alpha rolls, heavy prong and electric collar use, and even putting a choke chain ON HIS FACE which caused him to react and eventually after being shocked one day he tagged his owner's hand. He MUST MUST MUST be +R only, no wiggle room because he has passed the point that he's willing to forgive overcorrections.
Once I earn his trust I'd like to get into just obedience and rally with him at first. Possibly some agility as well. I want to get him his CGC and give him an outlet for his smarts and stamina. EVENTUALLY I want to train him up to the standard of a BH, get into tracking, and look into some dog sports.
I don't know his personality firsthand yet, but he is a goober and a sweetheart according to his foster mom. It sounds like he just needs time.
And

I wouldn't call 6 months quick, though compared to waiting 2 years I suppose it is. I've always said that while I prefer a natural earred working/performance bred doggy, if one that broke my "rules" showed up in rescue I would not turn it down. Anyone who tells me that I do nothing for rescue dogs because I prefer breeders can go eat their words now.
I will keep this thread updated, of course, and I'll post more pictures as time goes on. Expect lots from this big boy :]
