Use the Salmon Festival as a way to show off you creativity! Enter into the contest to participate in this light hearted competition, with the potential to earn some neat prizes!

In the spirit of the Salmon Squad, we encourage users to enter this competition in teams! Nothing makes challenges more fun than having the right squad at your back! However, if you prefer to strike out on this adventure on your own, that's alright too.

Make a creative work which embodies the process of conquering a challenge (can be physical, mental, societal, or metaphorical).


All mediums of art are accepted for this challenge: art, writing, dress-ups, or anything else you can think of!



CONTEST RULES

• To participate in a team you must join the contest's discord server
  
  • This is so you can communicate with your team mates easily
• Prizes will be split evenly among the members of a winning team as long as they did their fair share of the work
  
  • If it is determined that a member did not sufficiently contribute to the project they will not receive the same tier prize as their partners.
• Do not give other teams any advantages
  
  • Don't share details about your project with other teams.
  • Don't purposefully sabotage your own team
  • Do not ask others to give you/your team and advantage
• Remember, the real goal is a fun time!

The first step of entering this contest is deciding how you are going to play. We strongly recommend participating in a randomized team! This is will provide the most fun for you and help you make new friends from around the site! However, if you just want to enter with a group of friends, or even by yourself, that's ok too.

Prizes

We appreciate the time put forth sincerely. However, to throw a bit of excitement into the races, we also have some special prizes set aside for our most creative contestants. Placement prizes will be split among the team mates who contribute to the project, and will be awarded in addition to each person's participation prize. More placement prizes may be added depending on the number of participants.


300 Chicken Dollars

plus a first tier participation prize of choice, first come first server among the winning team




200 Chicken Dollars

plus a first tier participation prize of choice after the first team has picked, first come first server among the 2nd place team




100 Chicken Dollars

plus a first tier participation prize of choice after the first two teams have picked, first come first server among the 3rd place team


Beyond that, the next few placements will be considered honorable mentions, and those who win may select from special participation prize groups.
