Welcome!

Greetings fellow salmon - and welcome to the Salmon Festival character giveaway!

There are a couple things you should know before we get started:
1. ANYONE is welcome to enter! COPPA players may send me (Kyar) a trade suggestion with named pets to fill out the entry form.
2. This is NOT a raffle - I will be choosing a winner based on the forms you fill out.

And now without further ado - this little fellow is looking for a new home!


How to Enter/Notes:

Keep in mind -artwork is optional - art of all skill levels and mediums is welcomed. Art may be a booster to your form but it is not necessary to win. I value personality/character > quality in artwork.
You may decorate your form with BBCode if you wish - this will not affect my judging in any way.
This character is designed as a male. You may change the gender if you wish but if you want to "gender bend" your artwork to a female character please use discretion and clothe her appropriately.

Personality/History: Syros is a Triton prince. His great ancestor was the merman, Triton. He is very hotheaded, but for a good cause. He only wants equality for everyone, even the humans who have destroyed his world. Some of the kings don’t like humans, but Syros just sees the humans as ignorant to all the things they are doing wrong. He is very understanding, but also protective of those who he loves. He is straight. Syros can morph into human form if he needs to.

Osami was a "human". He was a happy human into he was 8-9. His life was completely different from then on! He turned into a mermaid when a fish Bit him! He flopped into the ocean and was lost forever. He finally found a family who would treat him like family. They were seals. They took care of him until he was 18 then he left like his "siblings" at 18 he could choose when he would be a human and mermaid. He fell in love with a fair maiden. And that's where his story is now!

Well since he grew up with seals- herring.

Gender: Male.
Personality/History: Aqua was born into a loving and caring family. He had 4 brothers and 7 sisters. The catch, they all lived in the ocean. He loved it, after all it was his home. A few of his sisters and one of his brothers had already gone away to live their lives. He was more than excited too do so aswell. Of course he was a little scared but he knew he could do it. He was like that, always ecstatic. He was kind and generous, he did save a seal once instead of eating it. Him, and his family hoped he wouldn't change his sweet self when he went into the outside world.
Favorite Food: Octopus.

Ah - hello everyone!

I'm SO sorry that my decision never made it to the thread - I really thought I posted it some time ago!
I take full responsibility for this mistake though - I'm so sorry and it was very much on me.

I thought that the seal story was a really cute idea and I'd be curious to know more about magical fish that turn people into mer-people. :)
