What you have to do is create a background. I am thinking of a dark colour bg with tons of grey and black water colour with a cute and mysterious cat stting in the bottom right corner on a stack of books. You may add any extras or change up my idea a little bit, or you may draw a completely different design altogether.

2 ways to enter and one thing to remember:

option 1: You may create a CS oekaki on the 'sketces and experiments' place and say the design is for me and is an entry for a contest or something like that. Then you PM me the entry link.

option 2: You use anything to make the border and then post it on deviantart and PM me the link.

Quick artist tip: I suggest you save all your best oekakis by right clicking and then clicking 'save image as' and saving it, then uploading it to deviantart.
