Becca-I;m pretty sure it is on it's just that Maus hasn't had the time yet. When she said that, i think it also meant it was continuing. If someone asked you which reference was best, the holder wouldn't say that 'either one is fine' if the competition isn't still on. Hope that makes sense ^^
