Actually, the rules say that prize swapping is okay as long as the recipient and contest holder are both happy with the switch.

^TRM is right. Everybody has to agree to the swap. But consider this: most people entered because the grand was a BA.. So swapping it out at the last minute doesn't sound too fair to me..
