Well if she were to judge it by the quantity, she should've advertised it as a quantity contest. That way anyone who only did one or two quality photos could get a chance to pump out pictures that are only half as good as the ones they already made :\

I thought that the wanting to get *lots of art* part was about getting lots of entries by different people...
I had fun drawing the 2 pictures I made, but would have submitted more of the easier chibi one if it was for quantity, instead of the watercolour piece that took a lot of work. Just saying..
There are some very good pieces in this contest too. (dont want to sound mean, everyone who entered did great in my opinion)

Same here. I did digital art and I was so excited about the prizes I tried a new style for it and made great 2 entries after the hard work.
But if it really was just quantity I could've easliy sketched a ton of stuff and lined and use some simple shading and not using my new long time taking fur technique.
I don't think much people are happy but contest holders are in charge of their contest.

Since I'm sure we're all thinking its quantity.
(note yes I'm out after my 5 hours of work on 2 art pieces not to be mean with the comment but I will congratulate the winners)
