Backstory:
When she was born, it was immediately noticed that when she grew up, she would be very powerful. So a quest was launched to disable her forever. She was bound in shackles and chained up around her neck so she couldn't move. She was starved and beaten like some sort of slave. Using a branding iron, they burnt an 'F' into her hind leg. Eventually, all this took it's toll. Three years of Tori's life passed. She was going to be sold into another life just as bad as the one she'd had. Then a mysterious stranger came. He freed her from her shackles and replaced them with bandages, groomed her hair,branded her other leg, and saved her from a life of misery. But to this day, all that is known of mystery man is that his name starts with 'V'. However, she was in terrible condition. She was mute, unable to speak, so weak she couldn't stand, her ear torn and tattered, and mystery man was unable to free her from the chain on her neck. When Rue found her, she hadn't ever known kindness, or love, or anything of that nature. She had no idea that Rue was trying to express affection, and often shyed away from him. She smiles at odd times, usually in the face of death or destruction, and takes great joy in tearing things apart. She has a destructive, angry, and violent nature, and it shows. For as her body develops, she uses her newfound strength and freedom of movement to destroy things. She pulls up plants at their roots, tears apart her food, throws things around, sets stuff on fire, and other destructive things. Some believe that this is because she was raised around evil ones, but some say there are darker forces at work, that she isn't a normal wolf...And what's up with her tail? And she's never to be seen during the full moon...And who's name starts with V?!?
Over view:
Name usually spelled Tari, but she is sometimes called Tori.
She has scars all over her paws and body
The red stuff is mostly supposed to be bloodstains, or rust, in the chain's case, whichever you prefer. Or even both, if you so desire.
She can't speak.
She is incredibly weak, and can only move at a walk.
She is never to bee seen during the full moon.
Her tail is unusual, and when she was a slave, it was constantly torn off, only to grow back a few months later. [Wait...Mammals can't regenerate body parts... ]
Her eyes are gray from her life as a slave.
She is incredibly expressive with her face and tail, to make up for not speaking.
She can't raise her power level over 15, because her body can't support it, her legs will fall out from under her.
Aaarrghh! For the love of Pete, who's name starts with a V?!?!!? (Ring any bells? 'V'?)

I'm uber proud of myself on this design. [I looked a little better when I was making it, but in the original size, the attachment would be huge... ] Even included a couple picture!
