But it's still art. It's not that easy... I tried, and absolutely failed. I don't know how to do it. >.<

Ys, but it would be better if it were their own picture they use, rather than stealing someone else's and using it as their own by editing it to their content. (Just adding to it)

Its not unfair in my opinion, photo-manipulation are quite hard to do (I failed at it too lol). If they're not good at it, sometimes it'll look worse than drawings. So I don't think doing a photo manips will be an advantage nor they will getting a higher score.
