It's called a photomanip(ulation) and it's allowed so long as you use stock images and/or clearly credit ALL sources used at the bottom of the pic.

Well, this is not actually cheating, because photomanipulation is also a form of art, not just drawing. Photomanip need, just like any other art, skills and experience, it's not that easy to make the image look good, I've seen lots of photomanip that doesn't look very good at all (I'm not insulting anyone here, obviously not this piece). You can't just cut and paste anything or everything you found on the internet. If anyone is going to win, it doesn't only depends on how 'real' it looks. [/end of my spam]
