I don't have the time, but I have an idea if anyone wants to try it. Since it is supposed to be a picture that can be separate, but a whole when put together, instead of them holding hands or anything, make them grabbing onto the same object. Like a crown or something. Have it so that you can 'turn off' certain layers in the program so that in one picture, they are both holding it, and in the next two they each have their own in the same pose they were in before holding a crown, without the other person in it.

So the layers would go (bottom to top)

Item
Character with half of the item
Other character with the other half.

So when you turned off one layer, you would see only one holding the complete object.

Oh really? I might still try! But others can use my idea as well. I personally don't think it is who wins, but how well you like the art. So I hope someone really good tries this idea too, so that you can get the best pictures possible.
