aahh also before i start lining, was the design suppose to be feral or anthro?

Can I ask a little more about the personality that your fursona should have? Those informations could help me in making the design, expressions and poses better ^^

How's this? its been a while since I've drawn so the lines and shading are a little rusty:P
the blue on the eyes, paws, ears and tail are meant to glow in the dark
