One last question about Numinex's slot, when you say the foal can't have shine, is that determined by the artist or it can't have shine at all (I know you can't request the shine)? And with that, is he considered perlino?

The foal isn't allowed to have shine, there are enough equids with shine out there already.
So when you submit the breeding, request what you want and then let the artist know that the father has rules attached to his slot that say shine isn't allowed on the foal.

No, ordering at isn't allowed.
I want to see what you can do, not what some other artist can do.
Ordering art is too easy, that and I've had people use the fact that they paid for art to try to guilt me into changing the winner of a contest before.

Edit: The rules have been tweaked yet again and the time extended until the end of the month. The time will NOT be extended further than that!

Prettying up the forms or adding extras will not be allowed, I will ignore forms that have been prettied up or have had extras added.
Which means no changing the alignment, color, or bolding text that isn't already bolded on the default form.

Along with the ordering thing, I have a gorgeous idea on the art but.. I want to make sure it is alright. Am I able to do Manips? I am excited for the idea but of Course I don't want to do it if they aren't allowed. <3 I guess they still count as my art since I have to do alot of shading and smudging on the body to make it look real still but Idk >3<.

I would have loved to enter for a Numinex slot but couldn't do pixel icons because I can't draw digitally. Will there be any slots comps for him the future that don't have these requirements possibly?
