1. Does making it animated or doing it in different styles get more points?

2. Will one person win for all banners OR will multiple people when for multiple banners (and how many can one person win)? Or, how are you doing that? XD

It's gonna be judged in sets, because otherwise the artits' fingers would fall off from all the drawing. So one person for an entire set of banners!
