I know I haven't posted my traditional piece of Peeco yet that's colored - I haven't had time - but I decided to do a digital piece to make up for it!

That is a clear reference. Theres no shading or lighting or any of the sorts on the ref so everything there are his marking.
I suggestion turning the brightness up on your device? That tends to show off the markings a bit clearer.
