LOL, I kind of cheat. :p What I do is I have a account on backyardchickens.com and I send a pm to myself with the pic. Then I just copy the image address and paste it in my post. You could do that on any website that lets you send pms although chicken smoothie doesn't let you upload pictures to pms.
