Okay so there's this guy(XD and so it begins.....) and I met him when I moved a couple years ago, I've had a crush on him on and off the past couple years and of course, it's back on. And a lot of my friends say he likes me, but the thing is he's dating this other girl, who is one of my best friends but I don't mind. Anyway, He's very popular but so am I. But in different ways. I'm friends with everyone, but he's you know one of those popular, sporty guys. He hangs around me alot though we only have one class together. Reasons why I think he likes me,

1. Today in P.E. we were playing a type of basketball game called Gotcha. When it was my turn he kept cheering for me.
2. Everyday at lunch he sits at the table behind me to were we are back to back.
3. Last year I I heard him and the girl he's dating(this was before he and her were dating) talking about who he likes. She guessed every girl except for me in the school including herself and each time he would say no.(XD I was walking around at the time, eavesdropping.) Then she says my name and he gets a weird look on his face and draws the word no out in a guilty tone of voice. Then he sees me looking at me and blushes.
4. Also last year I would play basketball and he would pick me to be on his team every time.
5. And I swear I catch him staring a lot.

So any thoughts, advice?

ok, to me it sounds like he likes u, maybe try talking to him every once in a while? and jokes? that might work, espically if u are confortable talking to him, ill admit im even comfortable talking to my crush, we were REALLY good friends on 4th grade... ahh, memories... lol

Anyways, he probably does like you, but I dunno. From what I've read, he's probably not one of those guys thats going to admit to having a crush on you. But then, there's not a lot of guys I know that would.
Ack, I seriously am not sure what to do...do you know why he's dating this other girl? It might be to make you jealous.

We met about a year ago at this drama club that we both do. He had the lead role last year, and I was basically just an extra (I'm not a bad actress, I just missed the auditions). It wasn't like a had a crush on him from the beginning; at first we didn't really talk much. I hung with my friends, and he kept to his. But then later we started talking and joking and stuff, and I started really liking him near the beginning of summer. We're basically friends now, but here's a problem. It's kinda really very sick. Like really.
He's almost a year younger than me. I'm 13, he's 12, and we're ten months apart.

DUH! He likes you. Don't give up on him. When he draws apart from the girl he's dating, squeeze in. ^^ Sooner or later, he's going to ask you out.


Here's my sitch...
The boy that I like (let's say Cole) used to like me but I pretended not to like him back because I was uncomfortable. I'm really close friends with him for three years or so. Before school ended last year, I'm ready to tell him, and what do I find out? 'Cole' had asked out a girl (let's call her Season) that said yes, then turned him down two days later. He was upset and I decided not to tell him. Last month, I make up my mind to ask him to the Black and Orange Ball, and I find out that he'd asked 'Season' again and she'd said no, and then a week later, she'd started going out with one of my former best friends ( Let's call HIM Dane.) that was a boy. I went to comfort my friend and he smiled at me and my heart went BOOM. He's an angel. XC I don't deserve him. About 'Dane', oh, yeah, I still like HIM too, and I always have. I'm so confused.... Usually, at school, I'M the one giving advice, but...

with my crush, i got a bit of a problem, here goes(lol!):

im on the bus, and so is my crush (we ride the same bus) i accidently bump my clarinet case into his tener-sax case, and i think, T-H-I-N-K, he pointed his thumb at me and said i like her to the person next to him

there is also going to be a party soon right after school, any ideas what i should do if i run inot him there?

Anyway, I think the girl he's dating knows he likes me because she has this mood necklace and every time she's near me I see it change color to dark purple wich is jealousy XD!Also today in P.E he kept smiling at me when we were doing warm-up and it was a flirty-goofy grin! On the subject of crushes...

I've liked this guy, who's about the same age as me, ever since I moved to my current school(a private one) in 6th grade. Seeing as we're a small, 7-people-per-class school, half the population knows I like him. -headdesk- (on the last day of school i was running up and down stairs between classrooms erasing "marina -hearts- jacob/ jacob -hearts- marina" off the chalk boards). Well this year I was determined to actually tell him I like him, and since it is 8th grade year, I was hoping he'd be the one to hold my hand at banquet...

He changed schools. T_T

My friend, who is his cousin, swears he's nuts about me. On one of our MySpace messages, he says 'luv ya' or something along that line(it could be a friendship thing, you know...love you as a friend). This guy calls him everyday and talks to him and every morning says "Gent said to tell you he loves you....o3o"(he could be lying just to make me get red >>).

If he likes me back, why did he change schools...? D:

Now about your prob. Yeah I'm sort of going through the same thing right now, too. I like a few different guys and I'm really confused about which one I like best and all that...My advice would be to just wait and see what happens. Don't tell both of them you like him, and I'm guessing you can't choose one if you're like me...
Let this Cole guy figure out whether he likes you or this Season chick, and let Dane do the same thing. (Yeah, let the boys do the hard work while you just sit here and laugh! )
