again sorry for asking stuff thats already been asked but i cant use oekaki, would i still be able to submit a design ? i know you want layers for proof and im a-okay with that but i saw all entries will be in the keldine artist search , and the rules on that forum states i must submit it through oekaki but i cant :< will this be an issue ?

I believe that is the rule if you are entering to be an artist, so you may just go ahead and make it off oekaki and post proof of layers, just keep Kage's signature and the fake sign :)
