Under special circumstances (like if you're almost done with your submission but are unable to finish the last portion before 11:59PM EST on the 15th, but you're certain you can finish it the 16th) you may request a single day extension on the 15th before 11:59PM EST.

If you need one, please request an extension via PM so I can notice it sooner and make a post.
