Just wondering if we are allowed some extension time? Also, the mare Fable I'm breeding with, the owner mentioned that they prefer the mare to not have a baby so soon, so I was wondering, am I still allowed to try out for a Num slot? Since you said the breeding slot must be bumped to the first. I'd be happy to bump it to the first, but it still means the foal won't come for a while

No, ordering at isn't allowed.
I want to see what you can do, not what some other artist can do.
Ordering art is too easy, that and I've had people use the fact that they paid for art to try to guilt me into changing the winner of a contest before.

Edit: The rules have been tweaked yet again and the time extended until the end of the month. The time will NOT be extended further than that!

Prettying up the forms or adding extras will not be allowed, I will ignore forms that have been prettied up or have had extras added.
Which means no changing the alignment, color, or bolding text that isn't already bolded on the default form.
