Should I draw them on a piece of paper(probably would turn out better) then try to upload them or draw them online?

Whichever is more convenient for you really. Digital art would earn more 'Brownie Points' (Which reminds me, I should add that) but if it is going to look better on paper you have more of a change of winning a better prize! :D
