Reason for name: If you've ever seen the movie Rise of the Guardians, the scene where Pitch Black and Jack Frost fought and talked immediately came to mind when I named him. The sculpture that jack and pitch made from ice and sand was sort of like this horse. The black is Pitch's nightmare sand, the white is jack's frost, and the roan areas are where they sort of blended together. He is the equine version of the sculpture, and that's why I chose that name.
