Thank you all so much for all your entries! Putting on a contest for this was a lot of fun and it was really interesting seeing how some of you interpreted the characters we had made with the limited amount of information we provided about them.
During the process both whizzer and I discussed as we went along talking about each entry individually as to our thoughts on whether or not they would fit the character we had made and then once more at the very end to make sure we weren't missing anything or anyone when making our final decision. Doing this allowed us to get through the judging process rather quickly!!

We ended up liking so many of the designs that you may have noticed we added 2 runner up slots!! These designs are going to be used!! Do not worry, we're just a little poor right now. Whizzer and I, after deciding on our winner we went through again and picked two designs which we adored separately but did not feel fit the couple we had imagined.
Whizzer is going to be claiming Snowflakette's Apollo
He adored the edit style and soft colours as well as being a sucker for plant growth. The halo also caught his attention being the music nerd he is.
I'm claiming Senti's Apollo
I'm obviously a sucker for space [see: my username] and the multiple halos are gorgeous and compliment the design well!! Plus your line work is so delicate and gorgeous, had me :weary:
We'll be PMing you about things we'd like changed to stray them away from the original Apollo, if you'd be willing to work with us we'd really appreciate it!!

Whizzer adored the soft simplistic design of your Jasper along with the roses and floofy hair and felt it was the only one the perfectly fit the moodboard he had created while I particularly enjoyed the horns and the way the fire element complimented and worked its way into the design, enhancing it rather than being an addition put on top!! Not to mention we both agree your editing style is aesthetically pleasing.
We'll also be PMing you about a couple minor detail that we'd like changed just a little
