I find sometimes you just have to wait a little, i'd give it 3 days before moving on with your auction, or maybe have a look at your layout, is they're something you could improve on? many people 'quote' they're text to make it look more attractive, as just a block of text can make your rules instantly seem more daunting and 'scare' people off, hope this helps
