Pet's name: Cutie
So all of the pets I've had the longest, like Cutie here, have "Given to you by Riku Miyagusuku" on their pages. However, I actually adopted all of these pets myself on this account originally.
"Riku Miyagusuku" was an account that I stupidly created in 2014 when I was younger to try and bypass the COPPA restrictions. It worked for a little while until (predictably) I got caught, probably because the bulk trades I made when "moving" looked super suspicious.
I'll always be grateful that I wasn't just banned outright and got to keep my original account with all my pets and items moved back onto it.
After that I learned my lesson and never tried anything like that again. After all, dealing with annoying restrictions was a lot better than losing everything and not being able to play CS at all.
So anyways I just wanted to post this to clear up any confusion anyone might have about my first pets looking like they weren't mine originally.
I was hesitant about talking about this since it happened years ago and I don't wanna look like I'm trying to stir up drama or anything, but I decided everyone should know so that my oldest pets' profiles aren't confusing and I don't seem like I'm lying about adopting them originally.
