Update 14/08/20

It's been over year since I've written an actual update, so I'm gonna go through what's been up the past year!

I got a job last August and it has dramatically slowed down my collection grind, but not halted entirely.

On the 16th of July I traded for this seemingly very elusive VR horse for C$


The 25th of July last year I got one of those pets I almost never believed I'd really own. I traded FR gems for this one.


On 26th of July I won this Kiss PPS in a giveaway!


On the 29th of August last year I did one of my biggest trades of the year, achieving a CEG for FR gems. The trade was completed on the same day my third neice was born, so she's named after her. (:


I traded some bulk rares for the bone PPS on the 30th of March!


During NotN last year I managed to grind up well over 30k gems. I used them to buy a second UR tiger, which I traded down for, among others, these two pets I needed on the 20th of April. There was also a July PPS that will come up later.



On the 14th of June, I traded FR for the last two non (ex)-list pets!


On the same day I traded a Shima Longtail that I got from the pound (actually the second of this pet I've gotten from the pound) for this pineapple:


Then on the 15th of June I traded FR gems for a dark leopard


I straight swapped that July PPS from earlier for this non-coon on the 21st of June!


And on the 23rd of June I traded FR for these two mid-advents:


August 4th saw me trading away the remainder of my summer event tokens for the last grinner I needed!


On the 8th of August I traded off the entirety of my PFQ account for the following four pets:


And I think that pretty much brings us up to date for the year! As of today I have 55 pets left to go. I didn't write a new years resolution, so I guess I'll write a goal for the end of the year for myself now: I'd like to be down to 40 pets needed (not including the new URs lol) by the end of the year!

Update 25/12/20

This December has been great for my collection!

On the 18th I got my very first self-adopted UR!! 8D

On the same day my friend sent me a very very lovely and appreciated holiday gift

I splurged my saved up gems on a UR fox (one of my dreamies)

Traded some CS pets for an angel advent

And then SOMEHOW managed to pick up a brown border collie from the pound (so I replaced my one)!


I wasn't looking forward to my pets remaining number going up on the 18th, but thankfully all in all there's been a net gain in December and I'm at 43 pets remaining!!

Apparently I forgot to do my annual collection goals for 2020 (because of course I would in 2020) but I'm gonna set one for 2021 now!:
I'd like to reach 23 pets remaining by the end of the year (so that 2 new URs will leave me at 25)!
I don't really mind about which they are this year. Whichever I like, whichever come up, I'll grab! There aren't any huge discrepancies in the value of the pets I still need, so I'll just go with the flow this year. (:

Today has already been a rough day so I decided I'm gonna start the year strong on a collection front, and grabbed this guy.

I traded for these two cuties today! They were the last two cats I needed. The PPS cat lineart is one of my favourites on the site, so these were pretty high on my wants list and I'm really happy to have them! x3
