you still can - it's the adult version of the pup with flowery things on its blanket (hint - adopt til you get a pink or blue blanket newborn - the purple has no balloon)

My blanky one has a blue star on its tail...its still in the 2nd stagea. How many varieties of the blue blanket baloon pup are there, i mean...possibilities of what the adult will look like..

I think the purple has a bobbed tail, like one of the adults. But that's just a guess.
