Upgrades to the pound & lost and found

theres a problem with the animation because i swear i click fast and get to the pet first and the animation makes it buffer and someone else claims it, is there a way you can fix this?

Echoing this, the new animation had made it almost impossible for me to get anything from the pound lately:( would love for this to be adjusted

I've been having the same problem, you go to click on what looks like an available pet and then it says 'claimed' (by someone else) - which I guess is an unsurprising result of way more people clicking at the same time. Only one person can be first, and it does make me wonder if basically the further we are geographically from the CS server, the less chance we have. All other things being equal, speed of signal over the internet is going to be the deciding factor...

Ohhh I was wondering how I made it to the choosing page without refresh omg! Thank you so much! This honestly is very helpful. I always got flashbacks to buying kpop concert tickets when trying to refresh the screen right on the dot 😂💜

but this buffer happens every single time

I wonder if it’s also possibly because some on touchscreen devices have just been trying to scroll to the bottom and accidentally clicked on a pet. That just happened to me. Now I can’t use the pound / lost and found for a few hours unfortunately.
