I think I’ll be throwing my hat into the ring this time! Good luck to everyone, I’m excited to see where this goes.
Side note, I don’t know if this is an obvious question, but is it okay to use a smudge/blending technique when coloring the template? Not to get around the limited color pallet but to smooth the transition between colors. Thanks in advance for the help

Using these tools is fine, just be sure to avoid creating "new" colors by drawing the effect out too much. You can look at the past staff pets released in September to get a feel for how site artists have accomplished the task in the past!

Just as a broad question, how often do artist positions become open?
I've always wanted to try out but have no outsourced art program at the moment. Want to know if there's a possible time frame for those of us who can't try out now to potentially shoot for next time?
I'm really excited to see the new staff!
