cluster, unless stated otherwise. if there is more

crystallites are small creatures that are born
of crystals. at this current time, it is not known
if they are able to reproduce naturally or if they
manifest individually from crystals. they are
friendly and quite easy to domesticate, so they
have become a popular pet of the locals.

wild crystallites come from seven different types
of crystals, which have been identified below.

the crystal "egg"'s color has been shown to
reflect the pattern that the crystallite that
emerges from it will possess, but it is currently
unknown if the type of crystal has any impact
on what type of creature it will become.

certain traits belonging to the crystallites
species have also been identified depending on
how often they appear in the wild. the tiers are
common, uncommon, rare, and legendary, with
each tier becoming increasingly more difficult
to find in wild crystallite colonies. legendary
traits, being the most elusive, are thought to
only appear during very rare occasions during
certain times of the year; also being
impossible to genetically splice into the
offspring of two adults, even if both adults
possess the legendary trait.
