Do you have a very rare pet that you fell in love with and started to hoard, and want to share the successes and difficulties with other hoarders like you? This is the club for you! We are a group of members that have fallen in love with a certain pet(s) that happen to carry a very rare tag. We accept most very rare hoarders, whether the pet has sentimentality to you, it was your dream pet or whether you think it's just a beautiful pet that caught your eye.
Please read the first few posts thoroughly before applying!

Please note!
When deciding the guidelines I usually decide using the 'Rares' list! (which then breaks down into three other lists)
Please only apply if...
I have at least 3 pets in the hoard of a higher "main list" pet.
I have at least 5 pets in the hoard of a "September list" or lower "main list" pet.
I have at least 6 pets in the hoard of a "Advent list" pet.
I hoard a very rare not on the list but the amount has been agreed by Jadeghost to be allowed into the club.
Lower mainlist: Bottom five lines of the main list.
Higher mainlist: Above the bottom five lines.
Note: We do accept litter hoards! For example, if you hoard rose dogs for example and you have a collection that is accumulative of three rose PPS, or you have a collection that is accumulative of the five lower rose dogs, you will be accepted. Just PM me if you have any questions about VRH.
However, even if you don't qualify, you can still post as long as you are sensible, polite and follow the rules!


Please keep all spam to a minimum
This means...
- No off-topic chatter (even in small font)
- No asking for trades
- No asking "oh, has anyone seen this pet up for trade?"
However, we do encourage helping each other. If you know a member has enough pets for another one of their hoards and you see them up for trade, do PM them the link or something (as long as the member is happy receiving trades!)

Please include everyone in events and conversations!
This means...
- Keep all members who are attempting to join a conversation involved, and don't isolate anybody.
- Treat all members the same. Regardless of whether they're your friend or not.

Even if you fit the hoarding pet requirements, you may still be rejected
This means...
- You are not guaranteed a space.
- The main reason we reject people is because of "status hoarding". Please don't hoard just to be part of this club and to brag, it's not very nice and totally against what this club was made for.
- If I find that a certain member keeps changing their hoards drastically such as scrapping hoards after a short time, trading away large numbers of their hoards, or changing their username/groups rapidly and expecting me to keep up with it, you will be removed from the member list until further notice.
This is not to discourage any member from changing their username or trading away pets in their hoard, but if you are a user who tends to make huge changes to your hoard groups, this probably isn't the group for you, because all this does is tell me you are only hoarding to be a member and not because you actually want to.

If you are a non-member, please don't come here just to insult and whine at members.
This will result in an instant ban.
However, non members are still welcome to post as long as you are polite and follow the rules!

When the thread hits 900 pages, please do not re-make the thread.
As this is a private thread, run by an owner, the thread will be remade by the owner unless the owner hands over to someone else. Anybody who remakes the thread without permission of the current owner will be permanently banned from the club.


Please PM all forms to me, don't post them on the thread. PLEASE make the subject of your form "VRH", otherwise IT WILL get lost in my inbox and I will not see it!
Also, I only do updates once I have a good amount of people needing things changed! Please understand and respect this and give me some time to respond to you.

If you change anything about your hoards or your profile, please notify me, but include the number next to your name on the list when you PM me. If I see your groups are empty or do not exist, I will remove you from the club list until I get a message. This will be routinely updated and every month I will go through and clean up empty groups and remove members that have hoards that do not qualify any more.

In light of our new thread and new rules, we have also added a new warning system and list! Although it doesn't seem much fun, the reasons for this are solid. VRH thread has become a communial area for spam and we have been warned that this thread will be locked if it continues. We also aim to very much clamp down on people who are hoarding just to get into the club.

Here are some things to avoid

• Bumping/Marking the thread
• Discussing pets for trade/pets you are looking to trade for
• Talking about anything off-topic, ie your personal life or anything, etc
• Drama, Drama, Drama - Here or elsewhere. We'll know.
• Constantly scrapping and re-applying with new hoards, and then scrapping them after applying
  (this is a key example of status-hoarding, which we will not accept)
• Tantrums/abuse after being rejected from the VRH

How the System works
Each person may be entitled to three warnings before a ban will be placed. All warnings will be PM'd to the user to be sure you understand what happened and that you know how many warnings you have in place until a ban occurs. Non-members can also receive warnings and bans. Non-Members who have been banned will no longer be able to submit a form or join the VRH community. In extreme cases, a ban will be implemented immediately. I will always explain to you why there is an immediate ban from the club and you always free to express yourself to me and possibly have it removed in future.

VRH Secret Santa!

It's that time of the year again! VRH is hosting a Secret Santa gift exchange!
Sign ups are OPEN!
You may sign up to enter this fun gift exchange by PM'ing me with your hoards and letting me know you'd like to partake.
Remember, while this is the VRH, and everyone here has at least 1 VR hoard, the secret santa is not about your VR hoards. It's about your Uncommon and lower hoards. It's about gifting and being happy, spreading the cheer, not trying to give the best gift or trading away half your collection because you got partnered up with someone who hoards UR pets or something.

Sign ups will be open from November 1st through November 29th to give everyone who wants to sign up plenty of time to do so, and me a day to randomize and shuffle everyone around.
You will find out who your Secret Santa giftee is December 1st, so that those participating have a good amount of time to collect their gifts!
To sign up just PM me your hoards. Images of them or links to them is fine, I can do the coding so that it looks like mine below.
Make sure to title the PM VR Secret Santa so I know what it's for!
For the participants, you can send your Secret Santa gifts to me at anytime you wish, as you get them or when you've gotten all that you are going to. They just need to be sent to me by December 23rd. This gives you all right up to Christmas almost to collect pets and items and whatever you are getting for your Secret Santa. Like always gifts will be sent out on December 25th so that everyone will come on here on Christmas to wonderful surprises!
