welcome to the merrymints fanclub, an incredibly informal place to discuss merrymints!

this mostly exists in lieu of something like a discord server. it may become more formal in the future, it may not.
you do not have to own a merrymint to post, or currently be in the community, just as long as you remain on the topic of mints!

if you want to make any suggestions about merrymints, this is the place to do it as well! I will be asking for specific suggestions in the future, so keep an eye out.

I will start out right away by asking if anyone would be interested in a merrymints nursery, and had any suggestions for how it should work!

here's my current list of ideas

✧ the nursery will be open: anyone can make NBs, but they would have to be approved to become official, and likely be publicly rolled. the tickets would still have to be posted on the nursery thread, but the artist could be anyone as long as it's agreed to. would have to include proof of artist agreement if the artist isn't involved in the breeding

✧ there will still be batches by official artists! this will work similarly to most other closed species nurseries, like kalons or marumis, where artists will open slots and accept tickets on the nursery thread

✧ the ability for NBs to be done on adult lines, to avoid extra growth work; there would still be nursery lines but artists would be able to specify in openings if they are going to be doing batches on adult lines. in the case of artist not have a preference, they can ask people applying to specify on their forms what they would prefer
