hello you again! :3c (thanks again!) that's up to the owners discretion. There's always new observations/studies to make and since the more extreme changes (like supers powers) are known to mess with hormones it could very well mess with the mind/memory as well.

By trying out for adopts as they come out (: see main post here I think there will be an event in the future to "create your own", but I'll see about working on that when I have some free time. Thank you for your question/interest!
