REWARDS THAT ARE DECIDED ON
• Auto Adopt Tickets
• Mascot Breeding Slot Ticket
• Semi-Custom GS Ticket
• Fertility Stone - 75% Chance Single | 25% Chance Twins
• Fertility Gem - 50% Chance Single | 45% Chance Twins | 5% Chance Triplets
• Fertility Charm - 0% Chance Single | 70% Chance Twins | 25% Chance Triplets | 5% Chance Quadruplets
• Fertility Wand - 0% Chance Single | 80% Chance Twins | 15% Chance Triplets | 5% Chance Quadruplets


Having Triplets & Quadruplets has a 20% chance of causing the mare to be unable to breed again
Fertility Stone, Gem and Charm are only usable once, whereas the Fertility Wand can be used 5 times.

Auto Adopt Tickets allows the owner of the ticket to adopt a y GS granted perm shown in each form, if possible to auto adopt a GS that hasn't been auto claimed yet! It is 100% up to the artist and KathrynKat on what GS may or may not accept Auto Adopt. Some won't accept, for some GS not to be snagged and is chance to all. I want to see how this item works out. I don't want the item TOO rare nor TOO common. This is why I by chance be giving it as easy to earn reward for all staff AND possible for ANYONE to win them! Staff are always allowed to take part in events I Kathrynkat run myself!

Regular (Active) Artist Rules:
• Create at least 3 Adopts per month.
• If you think you may be inactive for a while, please let me know. You can be added as a Ghost Artist.
• If an artist tagged active hasn't created a GS in 2 months/60 days, they'll be moved to Ghost Artist not removed!
• 10 Adopts created in a calendar month, earns an auto adopt ticket! (Use a post here to keep track of this)
• If you'd rather tend to all the training details of each adopt you make, you'll be added as a Training Staff
and must follow the rules as a Training Staff!
• Regular Artists are NOT breeding artists unless listed so under staff on main adoption page on first post!
• Do not spam FCFS unless they've got an adoption fee. Also do not only post GS with adoption fees.
• Please always keep the Tier color band up to date with training.

Ghost Artist Rules:
Ghost Artists are Regular Artists but tagged as a Ghost Artist. Ghost Artists are seen as inactive
and not in need to tend to any tasks, other than for just the adopts they've created being
always up to date. Staff will PM Ghost Artist if it's been past time for an adopt to be
placed in a home. Ghost Artists may become active anytime, just get coloring.
If a Ghost Artist is inactive for a while, please check for updates/changes.

Guest Artist Rules:
1 Month Trail (Max 10 Adopts)
1 Custom if create 8 adopts,
and all have homes (Common Only)

Earning Customs (Regular & Ghost Artists)
Each adopt must be adopted before you're able to claim points!
Each Adopt Earns you 1 Point once adopted.
Each Adopt that's completed all steps of training, form and ID Tags are up to date. Earns +1 Point!
Help encourage people to train their GS to get those bonus points!

Common: 10 Points
Uncommon: 20 Points
Rare: 30 Points
Very Rare: 40 Points

Custom Artist Rules:
• If accepting a Custom Order that's paid with a ticket (Must not charge any form of other fee,
you earn 3 Points towards your own custom.
• If accepting an order that's offering anything within ChickenSmoothie or within Galingale Striders is acceptable, and depends on agreement made upon both Artist & Customer! +1 Point per Order Completed that accepts pay.

Breeding Artist Rules:
• Must complete 10 breeding requests to do their own breeding
• Must follow all breeding rules
• Must do breeding within 2 weeks of accepting a request
• Only accept max of 3 Requests at a time
• Make a post in the Nursery, Breeding Artists only,
everyone else must post in the breeding request thread.
• Breeding Artists may be regular artists if apply!
• Do not give Twins or more without a Stone/Gem/Charm/Wand being used.
• MUST use a random number generator from 1-100.
• If want customs be regular artist as well if not already, you're earning your
very own breeding, which is like a custom every 10 breeding orders you complete!!

Earning Customs (Custom Artists)
Each custom order must be completed before you're able to claim points! +1 Point!
Each GS that's completed all steps of training, form and ID Tags are up to date. Earns +1 Point!

This will be worked on later once things have balanced out and depending on how events play out!

Training Crew Member Roles:
• Training Manager (Will Hire 1)
• Training Staff (Will Hire 2-5)

Jobs:
• Manager helps keep track of all training records on a thread
• Manager Assigns & Direct Training Staff
• Manager & Staff must work together keeping training organized and up to date
• Training Staff help keep track of training stories, by reading them, then rewarding training points.
• All artist who want to read all training, will just be assigned as a Training Staff, and must follow through with the Training Team!
• Manager MUST be active, if going inactive for days/weeks at at time report to KathrynKat or assign a staff your job.
• The same Staff member who started training judging, must be the same judge for the whole training from level 1 to 5!
(There is no knowing when someone gets training fully completed either. Especially 5th being having to be 1 month old
to enter any shows, so beginner show can't be done until then!)
• Help artist keep track of Tiers!

Rewards:
Training Staff:
• Auto Adopt Ticket x1 if gets things done every week of that month
• Judged Level 1-4 Training = +1 Point
• Judges Level 5 once completed first show = +1 Point
• Runs A Training Show & Judges it on time +3 Points
(1-2 times per week per staff, resets Sundays.)

Training Manager:
• Manager can do Staff tasks for points

• Auto Adopt Ticket x1 & 10 Points, if training archive is kept up to date each month

Auto Adopt Tickets may be claimed after a month has finished!
May claim last day of the month or anytime the following month.

Training Crew Customs
Once you've collected enough points, you'll be able to claim any of the rarities if have obtained that amount of points.
Just be sure to keep your post up to date with proof of credit you've earned!
