These rules are subject to change at any time as they are critiqued and built upon, and as issues arise.

1. All CS forum rules apply.
This includes in-game screencaps.

2. Do not link directly to, or post screencaps of, the RuneScape forums.
Links to the website's game guides and pages on the official RuneScape Wiki are okay.

3. If you have advice to give to another player, don't be rude about it.
Get your message across respectfully.

4. Don't start flamewars.
We've heard the OSRS vs. RS3 debate enough already. You're free to state your opinions and preferences, but don't bash the preferences of other players.

5. Don't beg for money or items.
Asking for advice on how to get a certain item or make more money is fine, but don't ask for handouts.

6. Crosstrading between CS and RS is not allowed.
Do not advertise that you are looking to exchange CS/RS currency, items, or accounts.

7. RS rules prohibit the sale of in-game currency, items, or accounts for real-world currency.
Do not ask for these kinds of trades.

8. Do not brag about engaging in, or openly plan to engage in, luring (or any other dishonest/scammy behavior) against less experienced players.
Tricking that level 20 newbie into following you really far into the Wilderness so you can kill them and take their stuff isn't cool.

9. Don't spam trade/sale advertisements, clan recruitments, or questions about the game.
Only post one offer and/or question per page for now.

10. Avoid double-posting.
Exception for when the thread has not moved in two weeks. If you have something to say, you can post it and get the thread moving again.
