mods: in 2016, DaDwarf and I kept getting conflicting answers when the SS was started - because it excluded non-hoarders, I was told it couldn't have it's own thread, but then DaDwarf has been told that posts about it were considered spam.. please allow us to keep this discussion until Jan 1st so Secret Santa can be discussed without spamming the Hoard Discussion thread, I will do my best to keep this post from being spammy. thank you


Hoarder's Secret Santa Discussion

RULES

• all CS rules apply
• you must have at least one uncommon or under hoard to join
• rare hoarders are welcome, but nobody is expected to gift for your rare/VR hoard but you may gift them if you would like to
• your letter to Santa can be edited & added to throughout the event;
  if you have a limited hoard on your letter, try not to trade for them once Santa's are assigned
  (you don't want your Santa to get you a bunch of pets for a complete hoard! )
• no spamming, please make sure all posts have something meaningful to add to the discussion;
  no posting just to say 'congrats' or 'yay! i got another pet for my SS'
• if you do post a progress on how you are doing,
  keep it vague so your person doesn't figure out who their SS is!
• please don't brag that you have X amount of pets to give;
  some players may feel bad if they can only afford a small amount
• the person who is GIFTED may post their gift on the thread
  as well as a thank you if they wish; this is not required
• signups close November 29th, 23:59 CS time // Santa assignments will be sent out before December 1st

New hoard! ^^ I'm hoarding the red velvet cupcake kitty from CS birthday 2013. I only have one currently and goal is 20.

When the Secret Santas are assigned I will remove my own limited hoard pets from my wishlist to avoid temptation. ;D So don't worry if you happen to peek and don't see them on there, I'm not disbanding! ^^

Hello Santa!!

1) please do not look to my wishlist for what i am looking for.
i am particpating in another SS, so my wishlist is just filled with things for other humans.
2) i have listed all my hoards below. i have removed my "limited hoards" from my wishlist so i will not get anymore.
3) i do have 2 store pet hoards. i know those are hard to get, even for recent ones, so please do not stress yourself over those!
4) i do have 2 hoards that include items, please try and get those instead of the pets!
i find it hard for myself to trade for the items, so it will be a huge help.
5) i will update this post daily, if i so happen to get pets that belong to my "limited hoards".
6) my "Starlight Warriors" hoard is very important to me, if you want to focus on getting me pets for one hoard, that would be the one!! it is my baby - i will love them forever.

LETTER TO SANTA

Dear Santa,

My biggest wish is always more natural colored PPS bunnies. I have many already, but each new one brings me joy. You can see which ones I collect here. This does not include a few semi-natural ones that are actually made out of chocolate! The ones I hoard are from Easter in 2015 and 2016, common and uncommon outcomes. My hoard is unlimited with the goal being the biggest number possible, so don't worry about getting uncommon ones if you don't want to. ^^

Each year I collect 250 of my own staff dog outcome. This year, my dog looked like this! I need about 50 more right now.

Another hoard that is close to my heart is my hoard of white bear plushies from Christmas 2014. I place each one on a pet and keep them out in a group, so rest assured that they will be loved!

If you are still looking for something to gift me that won't break the bank, I am also hoarding this November cat and would love as many of them as possible.

Finally, I have one expensive hoard that I will include. Please do not feel pressured at all to gift me these, but if you do it would be amazing! I hoard Malk smilies from April 2010 (rare) to show off my collection of unique plushie items.
