A Babusagi (bah-buu-sah-ghee) is animal-themed toy with a silicone-based
outside and a tasty drink inside! Babusagi also feature a skeleton for
sturdiness and our special bubble fillings for a real bubble-tea look!
Patented technology has also allowed us to levitate a bubble outside of
the silicone shell! Wow! Aside from being sweet in appearance Babusagi
are sweet in personality too and are ready to make friends with you!
Warning: Babusagi may be sentient and capable of developing their own personalities, not all Babusagi guaranteed to be well-behaved.

This thread is also a good place to look if you need breeding partners, relationships for your Babusagi, buying/selling Babusagi art, trading/rehoming Babusagi, asking questions, and whatever else!

Before we go into further detail here are some guidelines for this thread!

● Follow your generic CS rules
● Trading Babusagi for other Babusagi or other Original Characters is allowed as long as staff have been notified.
● No Harassment or spam!
● Try to keep on topic! (The topic is Babusagi, it's a large topic)
● Owners and Non-owners can post.
● Keep things positive if you can.
● Do not roleplay in this thread. (In character questionnaires are an exception)
● Suggestions are totally welcome on this thread!
● Advertisements can be posted every other page. (Breeding requests/Art Sales/Trading)
● There is no minimum amount of people you must respond to but don't exclude people purposefully!
● Reselling Babusagi for any real life currency is prohibited.
● Using Babusagi that are not yours without explicit permission is prohibited.
● Babusagi can be roleplay characters and/or fursonas, but only in PG-13 settings.
UPDATE
● Harassment of any kind on any official Babusagi outlet (Adoptions, The Fanclub, The Roleplay,
Staff Streams, The Official Ask Box, etc.) is prohibited and can end in a strike.
↪ Harassment over PM when evidence is provided may also lead to a strike when relevant.
● Violation of any of these rules will result in a strike. After three strikes all of a user's Babusagi will
be isolated and they will not be allowed to participate in the community anymore.
↪ This includes being unable to breed, use items, enter competitions or readoptions, or participate in events.
↪ Banned users are able to keep all of their Babusagi if they wish, they can also surrender them back
to the staff to be readopted in official competition.

How'd you come up with this idea actually? Boba tea adopts are something I've never seen before! Is it weird if I realy crave boba tea after seeing these guys? O.o

Livvy and I were just sort of brainstorming species concepts that haven't really been done before on chickensmoothie?? That's also why their base is lineless and facing to the right. ∩(✲v✲)∩

The idea for the shells was based of these neato Japanese cups! They look like glass but are malleable?

Wait how have you never had boba tea?!!? Blasphemy! Blasphetea? hahahaha... But then again I probably have more tea in my veins than blood so don't take my highly caffeinated word for it~
