The chatloups of Montem Viridis are a noble type; honour is their code and virtue. In Montem, tradition is honoured above all else, and chatloups protect their rigid code of honour almost religiously. They take pride in their ability to carry on through all hardships, though they resist any kind of change to their delicately balanced social order. It is true, Montem Viridis can be stiff-backed at times and overly concerned with their precious formalities, but they aren't too firm for a little bit of scandal...
Montem Viridis is known for its allegiances: many of them. The tribe loves to protect its friends, and it has many of them; any time another tribe pays Montem any sort of kindness, Montem pays back with allegiance. This often drags Montem into conflicts and feuds that by rights they shouldn't be a part of, though it brings Montem a kind of power that it isn't sure what it would do without.

Montem Viridis makes its home on a mountain. The entire mountain is Montem’s, from the pine forest foot to the wind-torn peak. The home camp is rather harder to find, however; it is a network of caves, with entrance tunnels hidden across the entire mountain. It is nearly impossible for anyone to find these secret entrances without having been shown the way, and there are even some hidden from Montem Viridis itself, used only by the alphas and officers.

In order to become a part of the high order of Montem Viridis, merely fill out the roleplay form for your chatloup and both post it in the roleplay and PM it to the current alpha. When the alpha verifies your membership in Montem Viridis, introduce yourself here. You will be assigned a 'mentor' for two months before you become a full member.

Participation in the Montem Viridis roleplay is mandatory. You must post at least once a month in the roleplay.

Chatloups moving into Montem Viridis from other tribes must follow these same procedures, but will not have to go through the two-month training period. Re-homed chatloups must ALSO prove their loyalty by presenting a written story about a mission they are sent on. This mission is confidential and will be different for each chatloup, assigned by the alpha.

R u l e s :
---Chatloups may breed outside the tribe, but may NOT take a mate in another tribe.
---All members must post at least once a month in the tribe roleplay FOR EACH CHATLOUP. That means if you own three Montem Viridis chatloups, you must post three times, and so on.
---New chatloups must go through a two-month training period(this is confined to the roleplay) before they become full members.
---Re-homed chatloups must be members of Montem Viridis for at least one year before applying for alpha or any appointed position.

Boacidea
More warlike than her predecessors, Empress Boadicea rules an iron-pawed regimen. She is a wise ruler, but often a harsh one, and not much escapes her notice. She is not unkind, however, to those who keep themselves out of trouble. When it comes to dealing with other tribes, Boadidea can be unpredictable and dangerous, but even when it seems she is losing her head, she is putting her tribe first.
