I've caught a few words with a Neravontii owner, Frozenfire! Let's see what we can find out about her two Neravontii!
What caught your eye about Saphir and Electricity?
A: Electricity immediately caught my eye when I visited the Neravontii adoptions. Her skin is mainly lime green and I liked it from the first second. Her colors are flashy and vibrant so she's quite the eye catcher.
And for Saphir, he is the opposite of my lady. He's not as flashy as Electricity, but the markings on his back and tail are amazing and I love looking at them.
Together they make a good pairing that can cause their riders some trouble.
Question 2: Their training seems to be going quickly. Do they listen well?
A: Well, actually they listen really good. Both of them have a stubborn and unpredictable side, but they both like to be around humans and when you bribe them with something they really would do everything. In this point it's mainly Electricity, because she would do everything for several fruits, especially for oranges. Saphir isn't that easy to bribe, but he simply can't resist sugar cubes. :3
Under saddle it is Electricity who is easier to handle. She makes a very good mount and will rarely disobey. Saphir can be bold under saddle and likes to run so you have to be careful if you're riding along open fields.
Question 3: Electricity has a custom padding on her saddle's breast collar--why?
A: When she was still ridden with the training saddle, El always chewed the breast collar and seemed to feel very uncomfortable with it. I had the feeling that it rubbed her skin sore. Then I made the decision that a padding would probably comfort her and it worked. Electricity has stopped chewing the breast collar.
Question 4: Saphir has a tattoo on his left thigh--does it mean anything special?
A: The howling wolf? - Yes that tattoo, or the war paint, call it as you want, has a special meaning. Saphir is a strong guy, he loves to have company, but sometimes he seems to lose himself. Then he looks like a lone wolf in the night. The tattoo resembles loneliness, but also power and strenght.
Question 5: Electricity was your first Neravontii. Are you two looking forward to competing together in shows?
A: Yes, she will be most likely a competitor. El loves the spotlight and she also loves to make people proud, so possibly she will really love competing. :3
Question 6: What brought you to adopt your Neravontii?
A: I love the species. The Neravontii is a mysterious, but also powerful and caring creature and I love that. They are individuals that are very aware of their surroundings although they can't see it with eyes like we do. It is a species I would love to meet in real life.
Electricity was the spark that "ignited my fire" for the species.
Question 7: Have you bred either Electricity or Saphir yet?
A: Saphir will never be bred, because I can't since he is gelded, but he surely would have some nice babies.
Electricity gave birth to a gorgeous colt recently. You can take a look at him here, Leocadio. He is pretty amazing since he got the mutations of his father.

For the first time ever (in high definition--xD no just kidding), there has been a Neravontii born in captivity! This stallion is mutated, bred by Frozenfire!
He is NOT available at the moment, but what a beauty he is! He loves trying new foods, likes bathing, he's proud and cleanly. What a pattern of colors, am I right? Let's hope to see more colts bred in the Neravontii world!
