Welcome! As you can all see, the DPA will be undergoing some more changes. Bullet and Taethiana have both upped their CS duties (and really Bullet, Newbie Helper? Now you're just showing off, you one-upper <3) and can no longer run the DPA, so I have offered to take up my old post as owner. Now, I won't be able to update nearly as much as I *used* to, but I will definately be able to update a few times a week

Changes To The DPA
This paragraph will be left up on the new thread for it's first month, so that our older and returning members can get a quicker handle on the changes to the DPA
The biggest change that we will have in the DPA will be the installation of "vouchers". Each member will receive a pre-set number of VR and Rare vouchers when they join or re-join, depending on whether they intend to be a Soldier, an MVP Soldier, or a Seeker Only (those membership status' will be explained in the Rules, Guidelines, and Join Form Post). When the DPA helps you to successfully obtain a pet, it will be counted as "cashing in a voucher". Members can earn further Voucher points by joining the DPA as Soldiers or MVP Soldiers. Oh, and if you are an older and returning member, the previous completed missions that you have with us, along with the pet that you're currently on the list for...those are freebies
The other major change will that we will no longer be 100% open to any and all members. All VR Dream Pets will have a cap of at most 15 Seekers at one time, with UR Pets, Sun Dogs, Moon Dogs, Coon Dogs, White July's and Zebras or OMG So Rare! Pets will all have a cap of hopefully no more than 7 or so Seekers at a time. Why such a low cap?? Because while we could realistically get several Joker Dogs or Dragons or Balloon Dogs within the course of a few months, the chances of us successfully getting even 3 or more MoonSwirls over a few months are virtually nil. It just seems cruel to put you guys up there for pets that we wouldn't be able to help you get for months.
You will also notice that we are putting much more of an emphasis on encouraging member to help each other more. This is because in the past, the success or the failure of the DPA seemed to hinge largely on the efforts of several key members. We hope on this go around to encourage more participation and charity that will hopefully lead to more success stories with a wider network of helpers to provide the support that the DPA needs
About the Dream Pet Army
We specialize in helping members attain hard to get Dream Pets, such as July/August 08 pets and rare pets. If you are looking for common wishlist pets, please check out The Wishlist Finders, they specialize in finding the easier to get wishlist pets
The DPA does have a few rules and guidelines. We require all new members to read the rules fully before joining up, and we would appreciate existing members to re-read the rules on the new thread as some new ones had to be added to the list.

While the DPA may have gone semi-underground during the first part of 2010, you can see that while we were in our prime, our track record was unequaled - it is STILL unequaled, as far as I can tell.
