I've never really done this before, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I know that there are a lot of riders on CS, and I kind of wanted to make a club for the riders so that they could exchange tips and tell each other about their riding progress, etc.
I bet there are already clubs out there, but I wanted to make a new Riding Club for people to join. So basically, this topic is for exchanging tips, and basically having fun talking and posting to each other about horsey life and whatnot. You guys can chat about riding, share videos, post photos, whatever. Have fun!

discipline specialty: None, I ride for pleasure. I am in the process of learning dressage and jumping though.
favorite breed: Can't say that I have one.
favorite coat color: That's a hard one as well. Maybe a wild bay, or a blue roan pintaloosa.
other information: I own my horse, she's boarded at a stable in America. I plan to move her to New Zealand with me when I have the money.

Yeah, been riding for pleasure my whole life. I'm a bit intimidated by the show scene, so I prefer just owning a horse for the joy of it.
I do have a secret wish to show in driving though.
I do have my own horse. Her name is Dolly, she's a dapple gray grade mare. We're pretty sure she's some sort of Arab mix though. She was an Amish buggy horse, so only basic training for being ridden. She does drive single, double, pulls and plows. I have a picture of her here.
Do you own your own horse? Or lease?
