i wish it would give you some options to choose in a response, so you can
build a personality for your character, or to make it be more like you if you
want to make it so you were the human that became a pokemon, which is
what most players tend to choose-- i did too.

I also think it would be enough to let you choose between some options now and than, just a little bit of the feeling, that you influence the story, something that shouldn't be that hard to make.

I know this is just a minor thing, but I don't like how in PMD the player's text doesn't have a scrolling sound or a label. =/

I just got the Sky Jukebox! It contains songs from dungeons one hasn't been yet by that point in the game.

Also, I came across a Kecleon shop in Shimmer Hill with a bunch of evolution items, including a Dubious Disk... but I couldn't afford anything, I didn't want to steal, and my escort fainted not long after. DX

EDIT: I got the Glowing and Wool Bows! That should make up for the loss of my Budew and Sacred Scarves. I'm also saving my Skitty and Piplup items to transfer them over to Explorers of Time. (Can you trade items using passwords in PMD or is that only in old Animal Crossing games?)

I used a wondermail generator because its an easier way to get reviver seeds rather than spend all of my poke ahaha
But if you can trade items in PMD2 via password, I've got one {i think} if you'd like it.
On bulbapedia, it says Golden Chamber's treasure boxes as the only location :u
