I just got my first Kalon!! Runner up for #133

So Aaron decided to step down from the owner position, which means I'm managing Kalons again.
(Message me instead of Aaron about any Kalon permissions! Our ask.fm is perfect for any casual Kalon questions)

Aaand great news!! The only limit on Kalons now is the original rule, that you can own up to twenty!
So you can apply for as many as you like and adopt as many as you like at any time, so long as you don't go over twenty!

I revised and altered the feature rarities, you might want to review those.

I have a question for you, actually.
Do heterochromnia and blindness count as any edits or no? Also, can a Kalon be blind AND have heterochromatic eyes?

@Check: Edits are more like changing the pupil shape or having black or colorful sclera instead of white! Blindness isn't an edit unless it's physically on the design.
Basically, pupil shape edits and such are uncommon because they stray from the usual genes of round pupils and white sclera (and aren't disabilities but part of the design)!
Good question! Hope I explained it clearly enough ^^.
