I started pawing through the boxes and found two I didn't recognize. I wound up buying all three and now I have the all of the Camilla horses! The three of them cost $60 altogether! :)

Woah, only $60 for all three?! That's an awesome find! ^-^

Do a lot of you guys show your models? I would like to attend a show but I don't think they have any where I live.

I would show a lot more if there were shows in my area, I know they are kind of tough to find in some places, but I've recently become more interested in photo showing since anyone can do that from anywhere. The main photo showing site is IMEHA. I haven't entered any yet but it looks like it could be a lot of fun

I have my first live show next weekend and for some reason I'm really nervous, does anyone else show? Any tips perhaps?

It's totally fine to be nervous, it's a stressful yet exciting experience!
Pay close attention to class calls so not to miss anything. Have a spread sheet of all the models in all their classes so you can keep track of who has already gone and who you need to bring up next. Bring colored pencils, magic eraser, cloth, pens, ect. in case of accidents and if any ponies need touch ups. Lay out your index cards for the classes either in order, or with the horses they go with so you're not scrambling for cards when a horse needs to go up.

And have fun! Live shows are awesome! Doesn't matter how much you win, it's a really fun learning experience. Make sure to ask the judge why a horse didn't place so you know to adjust a breed or if there's a flaw you didn't catch c:

Pretty much everything foxx said- mostly making sure you pay attention to classes being called and pinned, as well as having a toolkit for last minute fix-ups and adjustments. Sharpies/black markers for small spots and rubs on black horses/black parts works well, and natural tone pastels with cotton swabs/q-tips are very useful for colored parts, just have something sharp to shave off a bit of the pastel into dust and apply very small amounts to any rubs if necessary.

Live shows are a lot of fun, not only for being able to show your own models, but also great to browse tables and rings (however stay clear of rings currently being judged, once the class is closed, just leave that ring alone until it is pinned) and see all the beautiful models people have! Custom classes and performance classes are my favorite to browse, personally- there's some really talented people out there. Good luck!
